After Care

As below, plus:

-Do take extra care washing your car for the first 3 months - the paint needs time to harden

-Don't use wax or polish for 3 months - the paint needs time to breathe

-Do use a neutral pH car shampoo and soft, clean sponges / wash mitts

-Do clean bird droppings off ASAP - they are corrosive

-Do use a professional detailer to really make it shine and get rid of any swirl marks - remember to tell them if it's recently had paint done

-Do wax your car at least twice a year - if the rain doesn't run off then it's time to wax

-Don't use a machine car wash!

-Don't get too close with a pressure washer!

-Don't park under lime trees in spring - their sap can damage paint in sunlight

-Don't use a car cover - unless it's a fancy climate controlled car cocoon
